AFG functional strength trainers assemble in as little as 90 minutes, and
require zero additional cable changes as you exercise, so you start and finish

We designed the 2.0 AS functional strength trainer to give you a variety of ways
to experience a total body workout – more than 70 exercises and over 200
variations, in fact. The fully adjustable seat and seat back are also removable,
so you can do floor exercises or accommodate a fitness ball into your workout.

The 2.0 AS is built to last. The frame features heavy-gauge steel tubing in a
stable design, the cast-iron stack plates resist chipping and warping, and the
nylon-infused cables won't kink, fray or crack over time

When we sat down to develop the AFG functional strength trainer, we knew
that users would settle for nothing less than a machine that let them build
the strength they wanted, how they wanted. So we designed a very versatile
pulley system that lets you work every major muscle group in a variety of
ways. Made the seat and seat back removable as well as adjustable, so you
can incorporate floor exercises or use a fitness ball. And created an
exercise guide that lets you choose between time-based routines, targeted
body training, or workouts that focus on a specific sport or activity.
DUAL TOP PULLEYS
Placing two individual pulleys at the top of the 2.0 AS functional
strength trainer gives you more upper body workout options, and lets you
isolate your left side and right side for targeted body training.
5-POSITION RADIAL ARMS
A wide adjustability range allows you to tailor your exercises to
match the movements you make when you're in the backyard, at the grocery
store, or on the golf course.
CAST IRON STACK PLATES
Durable, solid cast iron plates won't chip, crack or warp, and move
smoothly within the stack.
